Professional Background
Christopher DeClue was born and raised in Southern California. He has spent more than a decade advocating for California workers who have been mistreated by their employers. Chris is known for his compassionate and effective representation, serving clients who are often underrepresented and facing difficult circumstances.
Before joining Workers’ Rights Legal Group in 2023, Chris litigated employment and civil rights cases at several Los Angeles law firms. He has handled every stage of litigation, from intake through trial, arbitration, and appeals, bringing extensive experience and courtroom skill to each case.
Chris earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego, where he captained the speech and debate team and earned multiple state and national medals. He received his J.D., with honors, from Southwestern Law School, where he served as an Editor of the Southwestern Law Review, Board Member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program, and President of the Student Bar Association.
